What is the consultation fee?
₹500 for a 20 minute consultation at Caspian Healthcare, Vijay Nagar Colony, and ₹1,000 for a 30 minute consultation at Karla Mind & Neuromodulation, Jubilee Hills.
Do I need a referral from another doctor?
No. You can book directly on Eka Care or by calling +91-94410 88486. If another doctor has referred you, please bring their note.
What should I bring to the first visit?
Any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries and recent blood reports, and a list of the medicines you take now. A family member is welcome if you would like one present.
Is what I share kept private?
Yes. Your visit and everything you discuss stay between you and the doctor. Nothing is shared with family, an employer or anyone else without your permission.
Are psychiatric medicines addictive?
Antidepressants and most medicines used for anxiety and OCD are not habit-forming. The few medicines that can cause dependence are used only for short periods and with a clear plan to stop.
Which languages can I consult in?
English, Hindi, Urdu and Telugu.
